To register by mail or at your local clerk's office, download and fill out the form at the following address. CAUTION: If mail the form, be sure to allow 15 days for processing

Apply Online for an Absent Voter Ballot

You can request an Absent Voter Ballot online at the following address. It can be taken to an Early Voting Center between October 27 and Sunday, November 3. On Election Day, Nov 5 it can be taken to your local polling station.

If you prefer to mail in your Application for Absent Voter Ballot, you can download it here. To ensure there is enough time to receive and return an absentee ballot, plan on mailing the absentee ballot application at least 15 days before Election Day.

At your clerk's office, you can both register to vote  and apply for an Absent Voter Ballot.

Early voting begins on Saturday, October 26, and ends on Sunday, November 3. 

During these days, early voting hours are:

Monday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
